Based on the theories and conceptual models, it concludes that the relationships among global QOL, satisfaction with various life domains, and perceived health status can be summarized as follows: (a) global QOL can be conceptualized as a unidimensional concept that is partially explained by satisfaction with various life domains, (b) health status can be viewed as a condition that has the potential to contribute to global QOL and satisfaction with various life domains, and (c) the relationship between health status and global QOL is mediated by satisfaction with various life domains.
